Daniel Okafor looks after your account day to day, and I manage his team along with implementation and support. I understand you are the executive sponsor of B-Viz at Marlcliff, so I wanted to introduce myself properly rather than wait for a problem to bring us together. I would value a short call with you, half an hour at most. Three things I'd like to hear from you: - what you want B-Viz to have changed for the guarding, patrol and control room teams by the time the contract comes up for renewal in the summer - where you feel it is not yet being used as much as it should be - what you would want from us, at BG-Demo, to make that happen Sharon and Daniel are already planning a review in Bristol, and I don't want to duplicate that. This is about making sure the senior view and the working view are the same one. Could you suggest a couple of slots this week or next? I'll fit around you. Sharon knows the detail and I've left that with her, so I won't go through the working side. What I need from the call is the plan, who owns it and by when. Thursday at 08:30 works. Half an hour is fine. Ring my office line and my assistant will put you through. Bring what you think is going wrong, not what is going well.
