Mostly logistical scheduling thread. Kamal offers Tuesday or Thursday morning for the rostering and control-room session, avoids Monday, and asks which client code should be the master key.

Ask: Laura wants two sessions: rostering and control-room connectors first, then finance plus who needs admin rights beyond Kamal. She also asks for the control-room supplier contact.

Customer view: Kamal avoids Monday because the rostering run goes out then. He says two client codes are in use for some older accounts and does not want to guess.

Next: Laura picks a day, Kamal sends the invite and forwards the supplier contact page.

Hi Kamal, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. I wanted to get the next onboarding sessions into the diary while it's fresh. The plan as I understand it is two working sessions. The first would be about the rostering and control-room connectors, so we can confirm they are loading cleanly and that the client list lines up across both. The second would be the finance connection, plus a walk through who needs admin rights beyond you. Could you let me know which days suit you next week? Mornings are easiest for me, but I can flex. If there's a quiet window in the rostering cycle that we should avoid, tell me and I'll work around it. One thing I'd like to settle before the first session: could you send me the name of whoever looks after the control-room system on the supplier side? I'd rather not guess who to ask if we hit a permissions problem. There's no rush on any of this, but a rough answer by early next week would help me hold the time. Hi Laura, Sorry for the slow reply, last week got away from me. Tuesday or Thursday morning would work for the first session. Avoid Monday, that's when the rostering run goes out and I keep the system quiet. The finance session can be the week after, any morning. For the control room, the supplier contact is on the shared support sheet. It's in the runbook under integrations, I'll forward you the page so you have it. I'd like to check the connector credentials first, so I know nothing expires mid-session. One question back: when we line up the client list, which client code is the master? We have two in use for some older accounts and I don't want to guess which one B-Viz should treat as the key. I'll send a calendar invite once you pick a day. Kamal
