Onboarding: client matching and what we cover next

Hi Kamal, Thanks again for the list of duplicate client codes. It was useful, and it matches what I saw when I looked at the first load. For the next session I'd like to cover two things. First, agreeing which code is the master for each of the duplicated clients, so that the control room and credit control see one client rather than two. Second, starting on the rostering connector, now that finance is loading as expected. Could you tell me whether there is anyone else at Marlcliff who should join? An account manager would be helpful, even for half the time, as they will be asking the questions of the data once it is live. I don't want to pull in extra people too early, but it's good to hear what they would want to ask. Let me know what works for you this week. Hi Laura, I can do Thursday again, either 10:00 or 14:00. On the duplicates, I'd rather agree the master code with the credit control team than decide it myself. I'll ask them tomorrow and come back to you. For the rostering connector, I'll check the export format first and tell you if anything has changed recently. Thanks Kamal, that's all sensible. Let's go with Thursday at 10:00, with the duplicate codes in the first half and the account manager joining for the second. I'll send the invite tonight and keep the agenda short so we don't overrun. No rush on the credit control answer.
