- Laura Penhaligon 16 Jun 2025 13:44Hi Kamal, Thanks for last week, the rostering load looked good once we sorted the access. I'd like to book the control-room system next, in the same format as before: you and me, about two hours, read-only credentials ready beforehand. Could you suggest a couple of slots later this week? I'd also like to go through the older client codes you mentioned, so if you can bring the runbook notes, that would save us time. One question: is there a quiet time for the control room when you'd be happier for us to run the first load? I don't want to put any strain on that system during a busy shift. Thanks, Laura
- Kamal Hussein 17 Jun 2025 17:37Hi Laura, Sorry for the late reply, it's been a long day. Thursday afternoon works for me. The control room is quieter then, so the first load should be safe. I'd still like a backout plan written down before we run it, even though it's read-only. I'll draft one tonight and send it to you in the morning. I've checked the runbook. The old client codes are listed, but a few are out of date. I'll flag which ones so we don't trust them blindly. I'll check the connector settings against that list before we start. Credentials will be ready by Wednesday. If anything isn't, I'll tell you straight away. Kamal
