What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sharon Tilley chose Thursday morning in Bristol for the kickoff and asked that incident report speed to the client account be covered early. Nigel, the finance director, may not attend.
Ask: Laura Penhaligon sought kickoff dates. Sharon picked Thursday, wants an in-person session, and named attendees including Michelle Pomeroy from credit control.
Customer view: incident reports appearing beside the client account is what Sharon cares about most. She says Nigel "tends to wait and see what we've actually got before he gives it time".
Next: Laura agreed to put that item first and keep any section for Nigel on usage. She needs names and email addresses.

- Laura Penhaligon 4 Jun 2025 09:07Hi Sharon, Thanks for your time on our recent call. As discussed, I'd like to get the kickoff session in the diary so we can start on the implementation. The aim of the session is to agree which sources we connect first, who at Marlcliff needs to be involved from the account management side, the control room and credit control, and who will be your day-to-day contact while we build. It works best with everyone in the same room, or on the same call, for about an hour and a half. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? I can do Tuesday or Thursday, morning or afternoon. If you would rather have it in person in Bristol, tell me and I'll check the arrangements at our end. It would also help to know who you'd like to invite, so I can send them a short note beforehand. Kind regards, Laura Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
- Sharon Tilley 4 Jun 2025 10:20Laura, Thursday works better. Tuesday is a heavy day in the control room and I won't get anyone away from the desks. Thursday morning is best, before the shift handover. In person is fine, I'd rather have people in a room. Bristol it is. I'll book space on our side. Who do I bring? Two account managers who know their sites inside out, one of the control room supervisors, and someone from credit control. Michelle Pomeroy would be the right person for that. I'll also ask Nigel whether he wants to sit in for the first part. Don't count on it. He tends to wait and see what we've actually got before he gives it time. One thing I'd like covered early: how quickly an incident report from the control room shows up next to the client's account. That is what I care about most, so let's make sure it is on the agenda. Thanks, Sharon
- Laura Penhaligon 5 Jun 2025 11:31Hi Sharon, Thursday morning in Bristol is fine with me. I'll plan to be with you for the full session and I'll bring the connector checklist, so we can go through each source and who looks after it on your side. I'll put incident reports reaching the client's account at the top of the agenda, as you asked. Once I've seen who's coming, I'll send round a short outline the day before, so nobody turns up unsure what we need from them. If Nigel does join for the first part, I'll keep that section focused on usage and what you will be able to see once it's live, since I understand that's what he'll want to hear about. Could you send me names and email addresses for the account managers, the control room supervisor and Michelle when you have them? Then I can get the invitations out. Thanks again, Laura Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo
