- Tom Ashdown 30 Apr 2026 11:03Dear Keith, Lesley Charlton suggested I write to you directly about the demo of B-Viz that her team has asked for. I'm Tom Ashdown, the account executive at BG-Demo looking after this, and I should say at the outset that I'll keep everything within the tender process. The demo is mainly practical. It follows one business through the views used by the account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team, using example records, so no Kielderside data is involved at this stage. It is aimed at the people who would use it day to day, but Lesley thought you might wish to sit in for part of it, or have someone from your finance team attend. I know you will want to understand the whole-life cost and how it sits against the evaluation criteria. I won't quote anything from memory here, and I won't offer any option without a price. Anything commercial would need to be confirmed in writing, and I'd expect it to go through the formal clarification route in any case. If it would help, I can note in advance which topics the demo will not cover. Could you let me know whether you would like to attend, and whether a morning or an afternoon is better for you? I will work around the rest of the group. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo
