After a review call, Marcus Bell reported about six active users against 25 Starter seats. Femi Adeyemi agreed to a seat review, asked what the partnership delivers for clients, and wants any agreed measure written into the agreement.

Ask: Marcus asked Ciaran for a seat list, Joanna for the client pipeline, and offered Femi a simple measure of the partnership. He proposed a half hour next week.

Customer view: Femi wants seats for those who need them, not to fill the 25. He keeps asking "what's in it for the client?" and wants the two tickets explained.

Next: Joanna is to find a slot for the seat call. Femi is waiting for Marcus's proposed measure, and Ciaran owes the seat list.

Hi all, Thanks for making time for the review call. As promised, here is a short note of what we covered, so we all have the same list. I've pulled the numbers again since we spoke: - Licensed users are 25 on the Starter subscription, and the 30-day average of people actually active is about six. That is broadly where it was last quarter, so no real movement either way. - There were two tickets in the last month, neither of them high priority, and nothing is outstanding on invoices. - The contract runs to 28 Aug 2027, so there is plenty of time, but I'd like us to agree what a useful year looks like well before then. What I'd suggest from here: - Ciaran: could you send me a list of which of your consultants should have a seat, and which of the 25 seats are not being used? Happy to tidy that up with you. - Joanna: when you next have the client pipeline to hand, can you tell me which referred clients are likely to need a Snowflake set-up in the next couple of months? That helps me plan support on our side. - Femi: you raised how we both know the partnership is working. I'd like to put a simple measure in front of you, rather than guess at one in an email. I haven't promised anything on the product side beyond what we discussed on the call. If anything above doesn't match your memory of it, tell me and I'll correct it. Shall we book half an hour next week to go through the seat list together? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Thank you for the note, and apologies for the slow reply. It was a busy week here. The summary reads fairly to me. A few thoughts, and Joanna and Ciaran will correct me where I have it wrong. On seats, I would rather we looked at who really needs one than simply fill the 25. Ciaran will know better than I do which of the team are building on B-Viz for clients and which only looked at it once. Ciaran, please send Marcus what he has asked for when you can. On the measure you mention: what's in it for the client? That is the question I keep coming back to. If we refer a client and the set-up goes well, I want us both to be able to point to something concrete a few months later, not just say it felt good. Please send me what you have in mind and we can see whether it is workable. If it is, we should put it in the agreement so that neither side has to remember what was said on a call. I would also like to understand a little more about the two tickets from last month. I assume they were routine, but I would like to be sure nothing is sitting there that Ciaran has been working around. Yes to the half hour next week. Joanna can find a slot with you, since she keeps the diary for the partnership. Femi
