Usage has steadied since we last spoke, which is good to see, and your term now runs to 28 Aug 2027, so there's no pressure on timing. It would still be useful to sit down while things are fresh. I'd cover: - How the team is using B-Viz now, and who is asking the questions - The couple of support tickets from the last few weeks - Anything you want from us for the clients you've brought to BG-Demo Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Two things I'd like on the agenda: - The 25 licensed users: are we using them sensibly, or should we be rethinking who has a seat? - The referral side. I've got a couple of clients in the pipeline that I'd stake my name on, and I want us to agree who does what before I introduce them. I'm free Tuesday or Thursday next week, mornings preferred. For the referral side, I'll ask Sophie Ling to join for that part, as she looks after the commercial side of your account and can speak to how introductions are handled.
