What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lauren Bickerstaff reports the Astley Brook build is loading cleanly three weeks after go-live. She flags a joint case study, to wait until a quarter of use. Marcus Bell agrees in principle and sets approval conditions.
Update: Lauren says the ERP, service desk and mailbox are connected and loading, with nothing blocking and two small tickets resolved. Remaining work is a client hand-over and a walk-through of the nightly refresh.
Customer view: Mossbrook is positive and wants BG-Demo to show Astley Brook the usage side at the next check-in. Joanna Platt wants to discuss a joint case study once there is a quarter of use.
Next: Marcus will find an implementation colleague for the hand-over call and suggests a 30-minute catch-up. He sets conditions: Astley Brook's written agreement, including any figures, and approval of the draft before release.

- Lauren Bickerstaff 12 May 2026 11:57Hi Marcus, Quick update on Astley Brook, now three weeks since go-live. I wanted you to have it from me rather than piecing it together from tickets. - ERP, service desk and mailbox are all connected and loading - The client team has been in and asking questions, mostly around the service desk data to begin with - Nothing is blocking from our side at the moment - We had a couple of small tickets with your support team, both dealt with What's left on the list: a tidy hand-over so their own people can run it without us, and a proper walk-through of the nightly refresh so they know what to expect each morning. I'll pair with your consultant on that if you can point me to the right person. One other thing. Joanna would like to talk to you about a joint case study on Astley Brook. Not yet, as it's too early to say anything meaningful, but once they have had a quarter of use. I'll let her explain what she has in mind, but I wanted you to see it coming. Has the client seen the usage side yet? I suspect not, and it might be a nice thing to show them at the next check-in. Lauren
- Marcus Bell 12 May 2026 14:48Hi Lauren, hi Joanna, Thanks for this, really helpful, and good to hear all three sources are loading cleanly. On the list: - Hand-over and refresh walk-through: happy to jump on a call. I'll find out who from our implementation team is best placed and come back to you this week. - Usage: I've pulled the numbers for Mossbrook's own workspace and I'll look at what we can sensibly show Astley Brook at their next check-in. I'd rather show them something real than a generic report. On the case study, I like the idea and I'm glad you're thinking about timing. Waiting for a quarter of use makes sense, so there is something concrete to say. A few practical points so we all start from the same place: - Astley Brook would need to agree to it in writing, including any figures we quote - Our marketing team would draft it and send it to you both and to Astley for approval before anything goes out - I can't speak for their timetable, so it may be worth Joanna having a quiet word with her contact there first Shall we book 30 minutes in a few weeks to look at how they're getting on and decide whether it's the right moment? Joanna, tell me what suits you. Thanks, Marcus
