What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling confirmed the £1,260 Starter expansion as agreed and marked it won on BG-Demo's side. Joanna Platt agreed but said usage may be low for 15 licensed users and wants a joint usage review before the main renewal.
Ask: Sophie confirmed the expansion sits under the existing order form and does not change the main terms. Finance is to invoice Mark Heywood, and Marcus Bell remains the contact for adoption and the pre-renewal check-in.
Customer view: Joanna's notes match, but she suspects usage is lower than it should be for 15 licensed users and would rather look at it honestly than find out in August. She proposes that she and Marcus own the review.
Next: BG-Demo needs to answer who owns the usage review. Femi Adeyemi has not replied in this thread.

- Sophie Ling 5 May 2026 09:26Hi all, Thank you for your time on the call. I am writing to confirm where we landed, so we all have the same version. The expansion on the Starter subscription is agreed, and I have marked it as won on our side today. The value of the expansion is £1,260 in total. It sits under the existing order form and does not change the terms of the main subscription. What happens next: - Our finance team will raise the invoice for the expansion and send it to Mark directly - Joanna, I will keep you in the loop on anything that touches your consultants' day-to-day use - Marcus Bell, your customer success manager, remains your contact for adoption and for the check-in ahead of the main renewal I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, as he likes to see anything that touches a partner account. Please do shout if I have misstated anything above. Thanks, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Joanna Platt 5 May 2026 11:49Hi Sophie, Thanks, that matches my notes. A few points from our side so we do not lose them: - Mark, please expect the invoice from BG-Demo finance and let Sophie know if you need a PO number on it - Femi, nothing here changes the partner arrangement, but shout if you read it differently - We would like to look at how many of our people are actually logging in before we talk about the main renewal. I have a feeling usage is lower than it should be for 15 licensed users, and I would rather we looked at that honestly together than find out in August Who owns that usage review, us or you? My view is that Marcus and I should do it, with you kept in the loop. Let's write that down.
