Ask: Joanna wants the plan written down before it drifts, with a clear split of day-one responsibilities between Mossbrook and BG-Demo. She says the split was left loose last time.
Customer view: Mossbrook is acting as a referral and delivery partner and wants clarity. Sophie confirmed Laura Penhaligon leads the Growth implementation and that Lauren Bickerstaff joins her when work starts on a Monday in mid-March.
Next: Laura and Sophie will draft a responsibilities note for both sides. Sophie also said scope changes go through Joanna and herself, and asked Laura to set up a call with Lauren.

Where have you got to with them? What I need from you: - Have they signed, and if so, which tier? - When does the implementation start? - Who is working on it from your side? Once I know that, I can tell Lauren what to block out in her diary. I'd also like us to agree up front who owns what: what does the client need on day one, and who is responsible for each piece, us or you? Last time we left that a bit loose and I'd rather not repeat it. Lauren is copied so she sees the answer at the same time as me. Sophie Ling 24 Feb 2026 17:43Hi Joanna, Sorry for the delay, it has been a busy couple of days. Good news: Astley Brook signed Growth on Friday last week, so the order form is done and we can plan properly. On the implementation: - Laura Penhaligon, our Implementation Consultant, leads it for BG-Demo. She is copied here. - Lauren will work beside Laura from the Monday in mid-March when the work starts. - Until then, Laura will pull together the plan and the list of connectors Astley Brook have asked for, so there is something concrete to look at on the first day. On who owns what, I agree it should be written down. Laura and I will draft a short note setting out responsibilities for BG-Demo and for Mossbrook, and send it to you both before the start. If you spot anything you would split differently, tell us and we'll change it. One thing I'd like to be clear on: any change to scope goes through you, Joanna, and through me on our side, so nothing gets added informally during the project. Laura, could you set up a short call with Lauren this week or next to go through the plan? Thanks again for the introduction. It's a good one to be working on together.
