I'd like to get a review in the diary before the new year so we can look at how Mossbrook is using B-Viz and what you'd like from it in the months ahead. I've pulled the numbers and there's a bit of movement worth talking through. Usage is up on the last quarter, which is good to see, and I'd like to understand what's driving it. It would also be useful to hear how the referral work is going from your side. Shall we book half an hour? I can do tomorrow afternoon, or any morning in the first week back. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you, and if Femi or Ciaran want to join, the more the better. Thanks, Marcus

Could we do this afternoon after 15:00? Failing that, first thing on the Monday we're back. On what's driving usage: a couple of my delivery leads have started using it with client onboarding, so that's probably it. I'd like to write down who owns what on the referral side too. Who owns this, us or you? Let's put that on the agenda. I'll keep Ciaran in the loop but I doubt Femi needs to be on this one. Agenda as I see it: - usage over the last few months and who's asking the questions - the referral process and who owns each step - anything you need from us for the new year If 15:30 doesn't work once your day shifts, just say and I'll move it.
