What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 7 Aug 2025 call, Mossbrook was comfortable with the shape of the £26k Starter deal. BG-Demo declined to reopen price. Femi wants a referral clause stating nothing is owed for introductions, then could sign by 15 Aug 2025.
Ask: Joanna wanted clarity on who runs implementation, a day-one checklist and a named BG-Demo person for referral follow-up. Sophie named Marcus Bell, the CSM, and said price would not be reopened.
Customer view: Femi accepts the shape of the deal. His concern is client benefit, so the agreement must say Mossbrook only introduces clients it believes B-Viz suits.
Next: Femi will confirm only after seeing the paperwork. Mark Heywood is waiting to hear how the invoice will be raised.

- Sophie Ling 7 Aug 2025 15:13Hi all, Thanks for the time today. Here is where I think we landed, so we can all check we heard the same thing. - Mossbrook takes the Starter tier for your own client base. - The deal total is £25,500. That is the value of the whole deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price. - Joanna and Femi want the referral and implementation partner arrangement written down alongside the order form, not left as a side understanding. - Mark needs to know how the invoice will be raised so it can go through your approvals cleanly. I've copied Owen as he will be the senior name on the commercial side. I'd like to get the order form to you early next week, with 15 Aug 2025 as the date we are aiming at for signature. Please shout if anything above is off. Best, Sophie
- Joanna Platt 7 Aug 2025 15:30Hi Sophie, Thanks, that matches my notes. A few things from our side so they are written down: - Who owns this, us or you? For each referred client I want it clear who runs the implementation and who is the day-to-day contact afterwards. - What does the client need on day one? A short checklist of what they must have in their Snowflake account before you start. - Follow-up on every referral, with a named person at BG-Demo. Femi will want the wording on all of this before he signs anything, as you know. Thanks, Joanna
- Sophie Ling 7 Aug 2025 16:39Hi all, Joanna, thanks, all fair. I've spoken to Owen and here is the position: - Ownership: for referred clients we will set out in the partner arrangement who leads implementation and who the client contacts afterwards. Marcus Bell, our CSM, will be the named person for follow-up on referrals once a client is live. - Day one checklist: I'll send a one page version with the order form. - Pricing: we are not going to reopen the deal total of £25,500. Owen's view, and mine, is that we shouldn't discount twice, and the partner arrangement already reflects the relationship. Mark, I'll confirm invoicing in the covering note with the order form. Best, Sophie
- Femi Adeyemi 12 Aug 2025 13:05Sophie, Thank you for the recap and for the quick answers last week. I've read it through with Joanna and Mark. We are comfortable with the shape of it. My one concern is the same as before: what's in it for the client? I would like the referral wording to say plainly that we only introduce clients we believe B-Viz suits, and that nothing is owed to us simply for making an introduction. Please put it in the agreement. If that is reflected in the draft, I see no reason we can't sign by 15 Aug 2025. I'll wait to see the paperwork before I confirm. Femi
