As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 10 Jul 2025 call, Joanna Platt corrected Sophie Ling's notes: Mossbrook will run B-Viz itself first, on Starter. She accepts £26k as a working figure but wants a breakdown before going to her directors.
Customer view: Joanna will not recommend B-Viz to any client until Mossbrook has run it. She wants roles written down and a follow-up agreed for every referral.
Ask: She needs a breakdown of the £26k working figure before it goes to her directors, and she agreed to a demo on Mossbrook's own data.
Next: Joanna will check diaries for Ciaran and Lauren; Sophie owes the breakdown.

- Sophie Ling 10 Jul 2025 16:44Hi Joanna, Thanks for your time today. It was really useful to hear how Mossbrook works with your Snowflake clients, and how many of them are still reconciling their CRM, call and ticket data by hand. My notes from the call, so you can correct me where I have got it wrong: - Mossbrook builds and runs the Snowflake warehouses for a large group of mid-sized clients in the North West. - You would like to use B-Viz for your own client base first, on Starter, before recommending it to anyone else. - You want a clear split of who does what on a referred client: your consultants on the Snowflake set-up, our implementation team on B-Viz itself. - Ciaran would be the admin on your side, and Lauren would run the hands-on work with clients. I have opened the opportunity on our side with a total deal value of £25,500 and a target close of 15 Aug 2025. That is a working figure for planning, not a quote, and we can talk through what it covers when we meet again. Next step from me: a demo on your own data, so Ciaran and Lauren can see it against a real Snowflake set-up rather than slides. Could you let me know who from your team should be there, and which days work best next week? If I have missed anything from today, tell me and I will add it. Best, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Joanna Platt 14 Jul 2025 12:13Hi Sophie, Thanks for the notes, and sorry for the slow reply. Monday was all client pipeline. Your summary is right, with a few tweaks: - We are not recommending it to anyone until we have run it ourselves. I will not put a client in front of something I would not stake my name on. - Ciaran owns the Snowflake side and the admin role. Lauren owns the client hand-over. I own the commercial relationship with you. Let's write that down so nobody is guessing later. - On referrals, I want to be clear on what happens after we introduce a client. Who owns that conversation, us or you? I would like a follow-up agreed for every introduction, not left to chance. On the figure of £25,500: fine as a working number for now. I need to see what is in it before I take it to our directors, so please send a breakdown before we get much further. Demo: yes please, on our own data. What does the client need on day one? That is what I want Lauren to judge it against. I will check diaries for Ciaran and Lauren and come back to you with times. Thanks, Joanna
