Dear Gillian, Please find attached invoice INV-227-0008, issued today, 28 Aug 2026, for Strensall Merchants. For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £28,375 - VAT: £5,675 - Gross amount: £34,050 Payment is due on 27 Sep 2026. Nothing is outstanding on the account at the moment, and I would like to keep it that way. I am writing now rather than nearer the due date because I would rather not have this one sit in a queue unnoticed. Invoices to larger groups often need a purchase order or a named approver before they can be released, and I do not want a missing reference to hold up your payment run. Could you confirm the PO number, if your team requires one, so that I can add it to the ledger entry and reissue the PDF if needed? Could you also confirm that this has reached the right inbox in your trade credit team, and whether payment will go through your normal run? If the invoice should be addressed to someone else, or sent to a shared mailbox, please tell me and I will change the contact today. If there is anything on the invoice you do not recognise, please send me the line in question and I will check it against our records and come back to you promptly. I cannot discuss anything beyond the invoice itself, but I will pass any other question on to the right person here. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore, Finance Manager
