What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Alice Brewer invited Chief Executive Richard Lazenby to Customer Day London on 11 Jun 2026 and asked him to speak informally. There is no customer response in the thread. Purely an event invitation.
Ask: Alice asked whether Richard could attend and say a few words on how branches, key accounts and trade credit see the same trade account in B-Viz. She also offered invitations to Neil Craven and Gillian Thewlis.
Customer view: the evidence shows no reply, so his interest is unknown.
Next: the thread gives no reply date or follow-up beyond Alice's request for an answer by the end of the following week.

- Alice Brewer 19 May 2026 10:30Dear Richard, I'm writing to invite you to BG-Demo Customer Day London, which takes place in person on Thursday 11 June 2026. It is our annual day for customers to meet each other, see what we have been building and tell us plainly what is and isn't working. The story here is how a group the size of Strensall Merchants uses B-Viz so that branches, key accounts and trade credit see the same trade account. Several other customers are coming who run multi-site businesses, and I think they would very much like to hear it from you rather than from us. Two things I'd like to ask. First, would you be able to join us on the day? Second, if you are, would you be happy to say a few words, informally, on what your teams have found? There is no slide deck needed. A short conversation on stage with one of our team would do. If you would rather not speak, I completely understand, and we would still be delighted to have you in the room. You are also welcome to bring a colleague or two. Neil Craven and Gillian Thewlis would be very welcome, and I can send them their own invitations if that helps. I will not use your name, your company's name or any figure in our write-up without your written approval. If you do speak, I'll send a draft for your approval before anything goes out. If you can let me know by the end of next week, that would help me plan the room. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
