As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan sets out access, security and priority-account asks to Neil Craven, Ashok Patel and Stuart Kitson. Only Ashok replies: read-only access for two systems soon, delivery system access pending, and an account-key question.
Ask: Callie wants read-only access, Stuart's Snowflake security questions with a named approver, and Neil's priority trade accounts. She will start no connector without written access.
Customer view: Ashok will supply branch and credit access early next week but would not guess a date for the delivery system. He asked Stuart to look at the Snowflake questions first.
Next: Neil and Stuart have not replied in the thread. The Enterprise contract covers up to 160 licensed users.

- Callie Brennan 7 Mar 2025 09:07Hi all, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call. Welcome properly to B-Viz. Here is the plan as I understood it, so we are all working from the same page. What I need from your side is below, in the order I would like to tackle it: - Ashok: written, read-only access for the branch system, the credit system and the delivery system, with the account details for each. I will not start any connector until I have access in writing. - Stuart: your security questions on the Snowflake setup, and a named person to approve the access Ashok sends. If there is a form you normally use for this, send it over and I will fill it in. - Neil: the short list of trade accounts you want to see first when the first refresh lands. Two or three key housebuilder accounts is plenty. That helps me check that the mapping works across branches before we go wider. Before we switch on the refresh, I want to map one trade account number across the branch, credit and delivery records and check it properly. That maps cleanly or it does not, and I would rather find out on one account than on a great many. Your Enterprise contract covers up to 160 licensed users, so there is plenty of room to bring in the branch, credit and key-account teams once the data is solid. We do not need to decide the rollout order today. Could you each reply with a yes or a question by the end of next week? I will then book the first working session with Ashok. Thanks, Callie
- Ashok Patel 7 Mar 2025 12:07Callie, Thanks, that is clear. I will take the access request first. I can get you read-only accounts for the branch and credit systems early next week. The delivery system is held by a different team and I am still waiting to hear who approves access. I will chase and come back to you. I would rather not guess a date for that one. One question: which account number is that going to be keyed on? The branches and credit do not always use the same one for the same builder, so I would like to agree it before anything loads. I will test it on one branch first. Stuart, can you look at the Snowflake questions when you get a minute? I do not want access going out before you are happy. Ashok
