- Rachel Dunmore 28 Feb 2025 11:46Dear Gillian, Please find attached invoice INV-227-0002 for the Strensall Merchants Enterprise subscription, issued today, 28 Feb 2025. For your records, the amounts are: - net amount: £28,375 - VAT: £5,675 - gross amount: £34,050 Payment is due on 30 Mar 2025, in line with the 30-day terms in your order form. The invoice is in pounds sterling and our bank details are at the foot of the PDF. Please quote the invoice number as the payment reference so that we can match your remittance straight away. Could you confirm the PO number your team would like shown on the invoice? If one is required and it is not on the attached copy, let me know and I will reissue it with the number added. It is easier to correct now than after it has gone through your ledger. If the invoice needs to go to a different address or a separate accounts payable mailbox, please tell me and I will update our records. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore, Finance Manager
