What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr recapped the session and restated £144k plus VAT as the whole deal. Ashok Patel confirmed the recap but raised account-matching problems, wants a one-branch pilot, and asked whether the figure includes set-up.
Ask: Lewis wanted a systems list from Ashok and attendee names from Neil. Ashok offered the branch, trade credit and delivery scheduling systems and asked that design wait for his screenshot.
Customer view: the same trade account can carry different numbers by branch, and he wants that answered before anything is switched on. He asked whether the £144k includes the set-up work.
Next: Ashok sends the list and screenshot; Lewis answers the price question and the account number point. Neil did not reply in this thread.

- Lewis Kerr 2 Jan 2025 11:56Neil, Ashok, Karen, Thank you for your time on the call. Happy new year to you all. To recap what I took away, so you can correct me. You want branch teams, trade credit and the key-account team to see each trade account in one place: orders, deliveries, calls and credit together. Karen's point from the North East was that a branch manager often cannot tell whether a builder who rings in is already on a credit hold. That is exactly the kind of question B-Viz is meant to answer from the data you already hold, inside your own Snowflake account. On the commercial side, to put a number on it: the proposal we discussed is Enterprise, with a total deal value of £143,500 plus VAT. That figure is the whole deal, not an annual price, and I'll set out in the order form what sits inside it. We are working towards a decision by 14 Feb 2025, which I understand is still realistic on your side, though please tell me if that moves. Two things I'd like from you: - Ashok, a list of the branch, credit and delivery systems you would want connected first, so Hannah can sketch the design. - Neil, who in credit and key accounts should join the next session. I'll send the written summary of the session over today. Hannah is copied in and will pick up the technical questions. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Ashok Patel 2 Jan 2025 12:24Lewis, Thanks for the recap, it matches my notes. On the systems list: I can give you the branch system, the trade credit system and the delivery scheduling system. The branch one is the messy one. The same trade account can carry different account numbers depending on the branch that opened it. Which account number is that, in your model? I would want that answered before anything is switched on. I'd also want to test it on one branch first, then widen it. Happy to pick the branch with Karen. I'll send the list with a screenshot of the account matching problem tomorrow. Please hold off on the design until you've seen it, otherwise Hannah will be drawing the wrong thing. One question on the deal value: does the £143,500 include the set-up work? I want to be sure before I mention it internally. Ashok
