As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rachel Dunmore sent Malcolm Hebden invoice INV-226-0004 for the Growth subscription and asked for a PO number and the right invoice recipient. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: the invoice, issued 14 Jan 2026, shows net £58k, VAT £12k and gross £70k, due 13 Feb 2026. Rachel asked for a PO number and for confirmation that the net amount matches the new term.
Customer view: none. Malcolm did not reply, so the evidence does not show whether he accepted the amount or who handles invoices.
Next: Rachel would check any difference against the executed order form. The thread does not show whether payment followed.

- Rachel Dunmore 14 Jan 2026 08:18Dear Malcolm, Please find attached invoice INV-226-0004, issued 14 Jan 2026, for your records. The Growth subscription covers 80 licensed users. The current term ends on 16 Jan 2026. The figures are: - Net amount: £58,000 - VAT: £11,600 - Gross amount: £69,600 - Due date: 13 Feb 2026 The invoice is unpaid as of this email, which is expected at this stage. I am writing now because I would like to be sure it reaches the right person on your side before the due date, rather than chase it later. Could you confirm the PO number your accounts payable team needs on it? If one is required, I will reissue the invoice with it quoted so it is not held up in your approvals. Could you also confirm that the net amount matches what you expect to be invoiced for the new term? If anything differs from your records, tell me now and I will check it against the executed order form before anything goes further. I would rather correct a query this week than have it sit unanswered. Please reply with the PO number, or confirm that none is needed, and let me know who should receive future invoices. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
