As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell recapped the 4 Dec 2025 review: use is up and spread across teams. Malcolm Hebden thanked him but restated that the board must approve any second term and asked for figures and a usage summary for the board paper.
Ask: Malcolm wants the renewal figures to show the annual amount and the total over the full term, set against the current £56k, with start and end dates. He also wants the usage summary to attach to the board paper.
Customer view: he found the session useful and welcomed rising use across teams. He says nothing is agreed until the board approves.
Next: Tom Ashdown sends the written figures and Marcus sends the usage summary.

- Marcus Bell 4 Dec 2025 17:33Hi Rebecca, hi Malcolm, Thanks both for your time today. A short note so we all have the same record of where we got to. What we covered: - Active use has grown again on the previous quarter, and it is spread across more of the teams than it was a few months ago. - You have 80 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom if other teams want to come on. - There were no high-priority tickets in the last month, and the one open query has been dealt with. - Rebecca described how relationship managers are using B-Viz to prepare for member renewals, and I'd like to capture a couple of those examples in writing for your own records. What happens next: - The current term ends on 16 Jan 2026. Tom has the renewal terms and will send Malcolm the written figures and term dates, as agreed with Owen last month. - I'll send the usage summary from today's review by the end of the week. - If you'd like a short session for any newer team members, I'm happy to set one up. Please shout if I've missed anything. Thanks, Marcus
- Malcolm Hebden 4 Dec 2025 19:58Dear Marcus, Thank you for the summary, and for a useful session. It is helpful to see use rising and spread across teams, and I was glad to hear Rebecca's examples first hand. One point for the record. As I told Owen, the board must approve any second two-year commitment, so nothing is agreed until then. When Tom sends the figures, please make sure they show the annual amount alongside the total over the full term, set against our current £55,800, with the start and end dates plainly stated. That is what I need in order to answer the question of what this commits us to, and for how long. I would be grateful for the usage summary too, as I will want to attach it to the board paper. Kind regards, Malcolm Hebden
