What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked Malcolm Hebden, the CFO, for a renewal conversation. Malcolm agreed to talk but will decide nothing on the call and wants the order form commitments in writing first. A Wednesday afternoon call was agreed.
Ask: Marcus proposed a renewal call before the Growth term ends on 16 Jan 2026. He offered to bring Tom Ashdown for commercial points.
Customer view: Malcolm is content to speak but says any multi-year commitment goes to the board. He wants each figure shown with its base and start date, over the full term.
Next: Marcus agreed to send a note on what the order form commits Kelbrook to, usage over the term and the renewal questions. Tom will confirm any next-term pricing, so Marcus will quote no number himself.

- Marcus Bell 29 Oct 2025 12:51Dear Malcolm, Rebecca suggested I get in touch with you directly. Your current Growth term, which you agreed for two years, ends on 16 Jan 2026, and I'd like to book a conversation about the renewal well before then. My aim is to make it useful for you. I'd cover: - What the order form says today: 80 licensed users, with contracted annual recurring revenue of £55,800. - How usage has moved. It has grown noticeably this quarter, with more teams asking questions. - What the renewal would look like and the options for the term. I'll bring Tom Ashdown for anything commercial, as that is his side and not mine. Shall we book half an hour? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. If there's a document you'd like in advance, tell me and I'll send it. Thanks, Marcus
- Malcolm Hebden 30 Oct 2025 11:18Dear Marcus, Thank you for writing. I am content to speak, although I should be clear that I will not be deciding anything on a call. Any multi-year commitment goes to the board, and the board needs time. Before we meet, it would help to have in writing what the current order form commits us to and for how long, and what changes, if anything, at renewal. I would want any figure shown with its base and the date it applies from, over the full term, please. These are members' money, not ours, and I prefer to see the whole picture rather than a headline. I am free on Monday or Wednesday next week in the afternoon. Please let me know which suits you and Tom. Malcolm Hebden
- Marcus Bell 31 Oct 2025 09:01Dear Malcolm, Thanks, that's clear, and fair enough on the board. Wednesday afternoon works for me, and I've asked Tom to join. I'll send a calendar invitation this morning. On your request, I'll put together a short note before then: - What the current order form commits Kelbrook to, with its start and end dates. - The usage picture over the term so far. - The questions to settle for the renewal, so you can take them to the board in good order. Any pricing for the next term is for Tom to confirm, and he'll give you the base and the dates with it, so I won't put a number in my note that he hasn't checked. If there's anything else you'd like included, let me know. Thanks, Marcus
