What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, Marcus Bell reported a dip in monthly logins and the £56k contracted figure to 16 Jan 2026. Malcolm Hebden asked for the renewal position before it goes to the board and wants usage to rise first.
Ask: Malcolm wants the position on renewal over the full term, what it would commit Kelbrook to and for how long, with the base for any figure stated.
Customer view: he confirmed £56k and 16 Jan 2026 match the signed order form. He wants numbers to rise before renewal is discussed, and leaves usage to Rebecca.
Next: Marcus passes the commercial points to Tom Ashdown, who owns commercial terms.

- Marcus Bell 9 Jun 2025 11:04Hi Rebecca, Malcolm, Thanks for making time for the QBR. I've pulled the numbers and wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same picture. - Usage: the number of people logging in each month has dipped a little compared with the previous quarter. It isn't dramatic, but it's worth keeping an eye on. You have 80 licensed users on the Growth tier, so there is plenty of room for more of the team to come on. - Where it's being used: member services is still the heaviest user, with underwriting and claims following behind. Rebecca, you mentioned wanting more relationship managers asking questions before member renewal meetings. I think that's the quickest way to lift those numbers. - Support: a handful of tickets in the last month, all routine, nothing outstanding on our side. - Contract: Malcolm, you asked on the call where things stand. Your Growth term runs to 16 Jan 2026 and the contracted annual figure is £55,800. Tom is copied and will pick up anything on the commercial side. Happy to jump on a call if it would help to walk through any of this again. Shall we book 30 minutes with the relationship managers in the next few weeks to show them how to get the most from it? Thanks, Marcus
- Malcolm Hebden 10 Jun 2025 12:33Dear Marcus, Thank you for the note, which is a helpful summary. To confirm my understanding: the annual figure of £55,800 and the end date of 16 Jan 2026 are as set out in the order form we signed. Could you please let me have the position on renewal over the full term, so that I can see what it would commit us to, and for how long, before it goes to the board? I would rather look at it early than at the last minute. It is members' money, not ours, and the board will want the base for any figure stated alongside it. On usage, I will leave the detail to Rebecca. I would simply say that I would like to see the numbers rise before we talk about renewal. I should be grateful if you would take the commercial points up with Tom. Malcolm Hebden
