- Marcus Bell 11 Mar 2025 17:02Hi all, Thanks for making time for the review. It was useful to hear how member services, underwriting and claims are using B-Viz, and I wanted to put down what we covered so we are all working from the same notes. What I heard: - Rebecca: relationship managers are going into member renewal meetings already knowing the policies, claims and calls, and that is exactly what you wanted when you brought it in. Let's not make them tell us twice, as you put it. - Tariq: the overnight load is behaving better since the claims export moved earlier. You'll keep an eye on the next few runs and tell me if anything slips. - Malcolm: you asked for a clear view of what the arrangement commits Kelbrook to over the full term. On that last point, here is where things stand. Kelbrook is on Growth, with annual recurring revenue of £55,800 and 80 licensed users, and the current term runs to 16 Jan 2026. I've pulled the numbers on usage, and the number of people asking questions each month is up on the previous quarter, which I'll set out properly in the usage report. Next steps: - Marcus: send the usage report, with who is asking the questions and which areas they cover. - Tariq: confirm after a few more loads that the overnight refresh is finishing on time. - Rebecca: let me know which teams you'd like to bring in next, so we can talk about what that would mean. Malcolm, any questions on price or the terms going forward are best handled with Tom Ashdown, who owns the commercial side of your account. I'll make sure he has your note and gets in touch. Shall we book half an hour in a few weeks to go through the usage report together? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Thanks, Marcus
