What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell proposed an hour-long QBR. On 4 Mar 2025 Rebecca Ainsworth asked for real examples, wants Malcolm Hebden for the value section, and asked for something on how claims use B-Viz. Date not yet fixed.
Customer view: Rebecca is engaged but wants practical examples, not a presentation. She wants Malcolm for the value section because he will weigh it against what Kelbrook is paying, though he will not commit on the day.
Ask: A section on claims usage, because claims staff have been asking her about it.
Next: Rebecca offered Wednesday or Thursday morning the following week and will confirm Malcolm's diary.

- Marcus Bell 28 Feb 2025 10:37Hi Rebecca, It's time to put your next quarterly business review in the diary. It's part of the Growth tier, and I'd like to make it useful rather than a tick-box exercise. What I'm planning to bring: - A usage summary showing how things have moved since we last spoke - A look at which connectors are loading well and whether any of them need attention - A short section on what your teams have built with the dashboards builder - Space for you to tell me what you want from the next few months I've pulled some early numbers and the picture is encouraging, but I'd rather talk it through with you than send a PDF. I'd suggest an hour. Could you let me have a couple of slots in the next week or so? If it's easier, Malcolm or anyone else you'd like in the room is very welcome, especially for the part on value for members. Happy to jump on a call beforehand if you'd like to agree the agenda first. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 4 Mar 2025 09:43Hello Marcus, Thanks, that sounds right. Let's not make it a presentation. I'd rather we looked at real examples of how the teams are using it. For timing, Wednesday or Thursday next week would work for me, either morning. I'd like Malcolm to join for the last part, when you talk about value, because he'll want to see it set against what we're paying. He won't commit to anything on the day, but he likes to hear it first-hand. I'll check his diary and confirm. Could you also include something on how claims have been using it? They've been asking me, and I'd like to be able to tell them what the picture is. Kind regards, Rebecca
