- Rachel Dunmore 17 Jan 2025 15:05Dear Malcolm, Please find attached invoice INV-226-0003, issued today, 17 Jan 2025, for the annual Growth subscription for Kelbrook Mutual Insurance, as set out in the order form. For your records, the figures are: - Net amount: £55,800 - VAT: £11,160 - Gross amount: £66,960 - Due date: 16 Feb 2025 The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, and the net amount matches the contracted annual recurring revenue of £55,800 for the two-year term. The invoice currently shows as unpaid, which is as expected on the day of issue. I would like to be certain this has reached the right person on your side before the due date, so I would be grateful if you could do two things: - Confirm that you have received it and that it has gone to whoever processes supplier payments at Kelbrook. - Could you confirm the PO number, if your team raises one? If one is needed and it is missing from the invoice, please tell me now and I will reissue it rather than have it held up. If you would like the invoice addressed differently, or sent to a shared finance mailbox, let me know and I will update our records. I do not want this to drift towards the due date unnoticed, so a short reply this week would help. If anything in the invoice does not match your understanding of the order form, please say so and I will look at it straight away. Any change to the amount would need to go through our CFO, so it is better to hear early. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager BG-Demo
