What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 10 Dec 2024 QBR, CFO Malcolm Hebden asked BG-Demo to confirm £56k and the 16 Jan 2026 end date against the executed order form, and what happens at term end. Marcus Bell confirmed the figures and passed the rest to Tom Ashdown.
Ask: Malcolm wants the executed order form, what it commits Kelbrook to over the full term, and when BG-Demo will raise the end of term. He says anything beyond the current term would need to go to the board.
Customer view: He is content for Tom to pick this up but wants to see the base for any figure before discussing it. The tone is careful and procedural, not unhappy.
Next: Marcus asked Tom to send the executed order form and say when the renewal notice will come. The thread shows no reply from Tom, so the evidence does not show that Malcolm's questions were answered.

- Marcus Bell 10 Dec 2024 10:50Hi all, Thanks for your time this morning. Here's a short note so we're all working from the same page. What we covered: - Usage is up on last quarter, with more people in member services and claims asking questions of B-Viz. - Support has been light: a handful of routine tickets, nothing urgent. - Tariq's overnight loads have been finishing on time, and the policy, claims and helpline sources are all connected. - You currently have 80 licensed users on the Growth tier. Actions: - Me: send Rebecca a short guide to the dashboards builder, as she asked. - Tariq: tell me if any source system is due to change in the new year, so we can plan around it. - Malcolm: you asked about the contract position. Your contract runs to 16 Jan 2026. I've copied Tom, who owns the commercial side, and he'll confirm the terms with you directly. Happy to jump on a call if anything here doesn't match your recollection. Thanks, Marcus
- Malcolm Hebden 11 Dec 2024 08:13Marcus, Thank you for the note. It is a helpful record. To be sure I have this right: the annual recurring revenue we are contracted at is £55,800, and the term runs to 16 Jan 2026. Could you confirm that is the figure on the executed order form, and what it commits us to, and for how long, over the full term, please? I would also like to understand what happens at the end of the term, and when we would be told. I raise it now because we plan in multi-year cycles and anything beyond the current term would need to go to the board. Members' money, not ours, so I would rather see the base for any figure before we discuss it. I am content for Tom to pick this up. Malcolm Hebden
- Marcus Bell 16 Dec 2024 08:43Hi Malcolm, Thanks, and apologies for the few days' gap. I wanted to check before replying. The figure you quote, £55,800 annual recurring revenue, matches what I have for the Growth term, and the end date of 16 Jan 2026 is the same as mine. For the wording of the order form and anything about what comes after the term, I'd rather you had it from Tom than a paraphrase from me. That is his side, and I don't want to get any of it wrong. Tom, could you send Malcolm the executed order form with a short covering note, and say when the renewal notice will come? Rebecca, Tariq: nothing changes for you day to day. The dashboards guide is on its way to Rebecca this week. Thanks, Marcus
