As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell sends Rebecca Ainsworth notes from the check-in: usage edging up, one ticket, no overdue invoices, and a wish to widen use beyond a few people. No customer reply in the thread.
Customer view: as Marcus records it, Rebecca wants relationship managers to use the member view more before renewal meetings. Claims and underwriting use it less than member services.
Contract: the Growth tier at £56k a year runs to 16 Jan 2026, per Marcus's note. There is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Marcus will send a usage summary and propose team sessions, and needs names from claims and underwriting.

- Marcus Bell 5 Aug 2024 10:55Hi Rebecca, Thanks for your time last week. As promised, here are my notes so you've got them in writing, and please correct me where I've got the wrong end of the stick. Where things stand - Usage is steady and has edged up a little on the previous quarter. It's a modest rise rather than a jump, but it's the right direction. - One support ticket in the last month, and it's been picked up. If it comes back, send it straight to me and I'll chase it. - No overdue invoices. Your contract is on the Growth tier at £55,800 a year, and it runs to 16 Jan 2026, so there's plenty of time yet. What I took away from the conversation - You'd like the relationship managers to lean on the member view more before renewal meetings. At the moment it's the same handful of people doing most of the asking, so it would be worth widening that. - Claims and underwriting are using it, but less than member services. I think a short session for each team, built around a real policy they know well, would help more than a general walkthrough. - You mentioned wanting a simple way to show colleagues what the team has got out of it. I'll put together a short usage summary that you can share, and I'll keep it to the things that show something rather than a wall of charts. What I'll do - Send the usage summary over this week or early next. - Suggest a couple of times for the team sessions once you've told me who should be there. What I need from you - Names of a few people in claims and underwriting who would be good to start with. - A heads-up if any of your systems are changing, so I can check the connectors. Any gaps in that, let me know. We have 80 licensed users and I'd like to see more of them putting that to work. Thanks, Marcus
