What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the QBR, CFO Malcolm Hebden asked what the two-year Growth term commits Kelbrook to. He holds £56k a year, wants usage shown over the full term, and will wait for Tom Ashdown's wording. Any extension goes to the board.
Ask: Malcolm asked what the term commits Kelbrook to and for how long. Marcus gave £56k a year to 16 Jan 2026 and copied Tom Ashdown for the order form wording.
Customer view: Malcolm called the note fair and liked the usage trend, but wants it over the full term. He will want to see the base for any figure Tom quotes and said anything beyond the term goes to the board.
Next: Tom owes Malcolm the term and renewal wording. Malcolm is open to a proposal on further teams in due course.

- Marcus Bell 11 Jun 2024 16:39Hi all, Thanks for making time today. Good to have Rebecca, Malcolm and Tariq all on the same call. Here is a short note of what we covered so it's in writing. - Usage: I've pulled the numbers and active users are up well on the previous quarter. Member services is still the heaviest group, with underwriting and claims picking up. - Support: there have been a couple of tickets this month, one of them high priority. Both are dealt with and Tariq has the detail if anyone wants it. - Licences: you have 80 licensed users on Growth and there is plenty of room inside that, so nothing to do there for now. - Next steps: Tariq and I will look at which other teams might benefit from the policy, claims and call view. Rebecca will think about which relationship managers to bring in next. Malcolm, you asked what the two-year Growth term commits Kelbrook to and for how long. As I understand it, it is the annual subscription of £55,800 for the full term, which runs to 16 Jan 2026. I'd rather Tom confirmed the commercial detail than me paraphrasing the order form, so I've copied him in. Tom, could you send Malcolm the term and renewal wording when you get a moment? Happy to jump on a call again if anything is unclear. Thanks, Marcus
- Malcolm Hebden 12 Jun 2024 14:23Marcus, Thank you for the note, which is a fair account of the discussion. It was good to see the usage moving the right way. As I said yesterday, I would like to see that over the full term, please, and not only for one quarter. On the commitment: I have the figure of £55,800 a year, and I understand the term ends on 16 Jan 2026. I will wait for Tom's confirmation of the wording before I say anything further, and I will want to see the base for any figure he quotes. Anything that goes beyond the current term would need to go to our board in the usual way, so there is no hurry on that. Rebecca and Tariq, please carry on with the question of which teams might come in next. If it helps members, I am content to hear a proposal in due course. Kind regards, Malcolm Hebden
