What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Nell Ashcombe wrote to Malcolm Hebden with an invoice issued 4 Jan 2024: net £12k, VAT £2,400, gross £14k, due 3 Feb 2024. Largely a billing courtesy. There is no customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Nell set out the invoice figures and invited Malcolm to say if a purchase order reference or a different billing contact was needed before the due date.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether the invoice was accepted or paid. The evidence also does not say which part of the deal the invoice covers.
Next: Marcus Bell is to contact Rebecca's team about getting started.

- Nell Ashcombe 4 Jan 2024 12:57Dear Malcolm, I wanted to write to you myself rather than leave this to the system. Thank you for the time you and your colleagues have given us over the last few weeks. Your first invoice is attached, issued today, Thursday 4 January 2024. The net amount is £12,000, VAT is £2,400 and the gross amount is £14,400. It falls due on 3 Feb 2024, in line with the thirty-day terms Philip and Tom agreed. If your finance team need anything on the invoice to process it, such as a purchase order reference or a different billing contact, tell me or Tom and we will correct it before the due date rather than after. If something on it doesn't match what you expected, say so and we'll look at it the same day. Marcus Bell will be in touch shortly about getting started with Rebecca's team. I'm glad to be working with Kelbrook. What your members need from their cover is a good test for us, and I'd like to hear how it goes. Best, Nell
