What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Theo Gallagher demoed reconciliation and quality views for Siobhan Kelleher, who said she had seen enough to take it to her director. Open items remain on timestamps, a written security note and user count.
What happened: Theo ran the demo and Jordan Pike covered commercial points. Siobhan asked for reconciliation first, called it the real pain, and liked the export, saying her team would actually use it.
Commercial: Jordan restated the working number of £62k for Growth, implementation included, as the whole deal, with a written split to follow. Siobhan said finance will ask that first.
Controls: Growth has no SSO, so access is by user invitation, with Enterprise as the upgrade path. Theo committed to a sample timestamp check in the first week of implementation and a draft written note by the end of the week.
Watch: The clinic user count is unconfirmed and the director has not yet seen it. The evidence does not show a decision or budget.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Theo Gallagher to send the draft written security note by the end of the week.
- Jordan Pike to send the summary and the proposal breakdown of subscription and one-off fee.
- Siobhan Kelleher to confirm the clinic user count with her director.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Quality figures depend on source timestamps that still need a sample check.
- The clinic user count against Growth's soft user limit is unconfirmed.
- Her IT team may later require SSO, which Growth does not include.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Growth dashboards builder and exports suit the quality team's needs.
- SSO is a possible later upgrade path to Enterprise.
Transcript
- Theo GallagherHi Siobhan, Theo Gallagher. I'm the solutions engineer. Can you see my screen?
- Siobhan KelleherI can see it, yes. Hello, Theo.
- Jordan PikeHi, Jordan here as well. Afternoon. Theo's going to run the demo, and I'll chip in on the commercial questions.
- Theo GallagherGood. Quick agenda. I'll show you the referral data first, then the reconciliation view, then the questions your quality team would ask. I'll leave time for questions at the end. Does that work?
- Siobhan KelleherYes. Please show me the reconciliation first, that's the real pain.
- Theo GallagherOkay, I'll start there. Here's the brain running on a sample of your referral data. I'll ask it a plain question: which referrals are missing a matching call record this week?
- Siobhan KelleherCan it answer that? It's the question I ask my team every Monday.
- Theo GallagherIt can. The answer comes back with the referral identifier, the scheduling record and the call record side by side. Here is the list.
- Siobhan KelleherThat's useful. Can I ask it another way? Which clinic has the most?
- Theo GallagherYes. Ask it in plain English, it doesn't need a query. The answer is grouped by clinic. Do you want the top three?
- Siobhan KelleherTop three, yes.
- Theo GallagherThe short answer is, it's accurate for what's in the source. The longer answer is that the matching is only as good as the identifiers in those systems, so I'd want to check them with your team.
- Siobhan KelleherOf course. That's the bit my people will want to check anyway.
- Jordan PikeSiobhan, can I ask a commercial question while Theo finds the dashboard view?
- Siobhan KelleherGo ahead.
- Jordan PikeFor Growth, you'd get eight connectors and several teams, and the implementation fee is fixed. The working number is £62,000, implementation included.
- Siobhan KelleherIs that the annual figure, or the whole thing?
- Jordan PikeThe whole deal, implementation included. I'll break the split down in writing, so you can see what's subscription and what's one-off.
- Siobhan KelleherGood. My finance people will ask that first.
- Theo GallagherOkay, I'm back. Dashboard view. The quality team's question: which clinics breached the referral response target last month?
- Siobhan KelleherYes, that's exactly it.
- Theo GallagherHere is the answer. Each row shows the referral, the time it came in, and the time of the first contact. The times come from the scheduling system, so they're only as accurate as the timestamps there.
- Siobhan KelleherRight. So if the timestamps are wrong, the numbers are wrong.
- Theo GallagherYes. That's a control reference we'd want to evidence with your team. We can evidence the source timestamps with a sample check. Here is the dated commitment: a sample check in the first week of implementation.
- Siobhan KelleherGood. I'd like that in writing.
- Siobhan KelleherSorry, I was reading my email. Theo, our IT people will ask about data location and access. What do we say?
- Theo GallagherYour data stays in your own Snowflake account. Access is controlled through your identity setup. Growth doesn't include SSO, that's an Enterprise feature, so for now access is by user invitation. I'll set that out as numbered answers in the written note.
- Siobhan KelleherNumbered answers would be perfect. Can you make sure they're correct before IT sees them?
- Theo GallagherAbsolutely. I'd rather not call a draft final. I'll mark it as a draft and send it to you by the end of the week.
- Jordan PikeThat's the right way to do it, Theo. Siobhan, if IT wants SSO later, that's the upgrade path to Enterprise, and we can talk about it when the time comes.
- Siobhan KelleherGood. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
- Siobhan KelleherCan you show the quality team's view once more? I want to see the exports.
- Theo GallagherYes. Export is in the dashboard. Here it is. The exported file has the same figures as the screen, so you can check the answer against the source.
- Siobhan KelleherOh, that's nice. My team would actually use that.
- Theo GallagherThat's the goal. Growth includes the dashboards builder, so your quality team can build their own views over time.
- Siobhan KelleherRight. And what about the clinic managers? Do they each need a licence?
- Jordan PikeSeats are included in the tier, with a soft limit on users. We can go through that in the proposal. I'd rather not guess on a call.
- Siobhan KelleherFair. Okay. I've seen enough to take it to the director.
- Theo GallagherBefore we finish, Siobhan, I'd like to list the open items: the timestamp check, the written security note, and the user count for the clinics. The owners are me, Jordan and you, in that order.
- Siobhan KelleherYes, that's a fair list. I'll confirm the user count with my director.
- Jordan PikeBrilliant. I'll send the summary and the proposal breakdown. Thanks for your time today.
- Siobhan KelleherThanks, both. This was useful.
- Theo GallagherThanks, Siobhan. Thanks, Jordan. Speak soon.
- Jordan PikeBye, all. Talk soon.
- Siobhan KelleherBye.
