What was said
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Evening demo for Christine DiNardo: duplicate referrals counted once, audit view, restricted access to call recordings, and the 07:00 refresh. Compliance is to be brought in before the proposal. Pricing was kept separate.
What happened: Theo ran the same questions against the raw export, duplicates included. The answer counted each referral once, and Theo said this can be evidenced in the query log.
Customer view: Christine said the duplicate handling is what the coordinators keep getting wrong by hand. She was bothered by the call recordings being searchable by everyone, and wants restricted access in writing for Mark.
Commercial: No pricing was discussed, at Christine's request. The ask is a proposal that states the nightly refresh by 07:00 local time on business days in plain words.
Watch: Mark has asked about the Snowflake setup again, and compliance has not yet seen the access rules. Christine wants to try the phone search herself in a restricted test workspace first.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Theo Gallagher to send access details for the test workspace and the controls note with the restricted-access rules.
- Christine DiNardo to bring compliance in this week, before the proposal.
- Jordan Pike to send pricing separately with the next steps.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Compliance has not yet reviewed the access rules, and Mark is still asking about the Snowflake setup.
- Recordings searchable by everyone worry Christine, so access has to be restricted before wider use.
- Morning freshness matters to the physicians, so any missed refresh would be felt quickly.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Duplicate handling answers a pain the coordinators have today.
- Phone search trial in a restricted test workspace could build Christine's conviction.
Transcript
- Jordan PikeGood evening, Christine. Thanks for squeezing this in after hours. Quick agenda: Theo picks up with the messy sample, then access, then questions.
- Christine DiNardoGood evening. I'm glad we could do it tonight, the office is finally quiet.
- Theo GallagherHi Christine. Open items first. Security summary, Jordan, and that's gone out. Controls note, me, and that's with you. The sample, you.
- Christine DiNardoThe sample went over this morning, duplicates and all, as you asked.
- Theo GallagherThank you. I've loaded it as it came. Let me share the screen.
- Theo GallagherHere we are. Same questions as last time, against the raw export. Watch the duplicate rows.
- Christine DiNardoMm. The two copies of the same referral are both showing up.
- Theo GallagherThey are, and the answer now counts the referral once. We can evidence that in the query log.
- Christine DiNardoGood. That's the thing the coordinators keep getting wrong by hand.
- Jordan PikeTo be transparent, Christine, this is all running inside your own Snowflake account, so the duplicate handling is happening where your data already sits.
- Christine DiNardoThat helps with Mark. He asked about it again yesterday.
- Theo GallagherThen I'll write it down as a control reference, so there's a document he can read.
- Christine DiNardoNext question. The coordinators want to see who has touched a referral and when.
- Theo GallagherThe audit view does that. Here, filtered by referral. Each row is a read or a change, with a timestamp and the user.
- Christine DiNardoThat's useful. Can a coordinator see a compliance note on the same referral?
- Theo GallagherNot unless the access rules allow it. Least privilege is the default. I'd suggest you set those with compliance, not with us.
- Christine DiNardoAgreed. That's the conversation I want to have with them.
- Jordan PikeGood. Christine, what did you think of the call recordings bit last time?
- Christine DiNardoIt bothered me. In a good way, I suppose. Those recordings contain things I'd rather not have searchable by everyone.
- Theo GallagherThen restrict them. We can put a rule on the recordings so only named roles hear them, and log every play.
- Christine DiNardoYes. Put that on the list for compliance.
- Theo GallagherFreshness, the last thing you asked about. Nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days. So a referral added this afternoon is searchable tomorrow morning.
- Christine DiNardoAnd if it doesn't come through?
- Theo GallagherThen we'd see it in the refresh log and I'd tell you the same day. Here is the dated commitment for that, in writing.
- Christine DiNardoGood. Our physicians will ring in the morning, so tomorrow morning has to be right.
- Jordan PikeLet's put that in the proposal in plain words. Christine, is there anything else from the technical side?
- Christine DiNardoOnly the phone search. I'd like to try it myself, with a few real recordings, before anyone else sees it.
- Theo GallagherFine by me. I'll set up a test workspace with restricted access, so you can search without seeing anything you shouldn't.
- Christine DiNardoRight. And the compliance person, when can I bring her in?
- Jordan PikeWhenever suits you. I'd suggest before the proposal, so the questions come early.
- Christine DiNardoAgreed. I'll arrange it this week.
- Theo GallagherQuick check on the open items, owners as before. Sample is with me now. Controls note is with you. Test workspace is mine, and I'll send access details.
- Christine DiNardoThat's everything from my side.
- Jordan PikePerfect. Pricing I'll send separately, with the rest of the next steps.
- Christine DiNardoThanks. Let's keep it that way, pricing separate from the demo.
- Theo GallagherI'll send the notes tonight. Anything you'd like me to add before the compliance call?
- Christine DiNardoJust the restricted-access rules in writing. Mark will want that.
- Theo GallagherNoted. That's a control reference, and I'll put it in the controls note.
- Jordan PikeTime's nearly up. Thanks, Christine. Talk soon.
- Christine DiNardoThanks, Jordan. Thanks, Theo. Good evening to you both.
- Theo GallagherThanks, Christine. Speak tomorrow. Thanks, Theo.
- Christine DiNardoBye.
