What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo to Kylie Dwyer and Belinda Moss on 10 Nov 2025. Kylie liked the store-by-store view and said Starter is the right size. Belinda raised the accounting licence and access control, which the auditors will ask about.
What happened: Hannah Lowe ran a sandbox demo on sample data with the CRM, helpdesk and delivery system connected. Kylie asked to see late deliveries for the Ipswich stores and said it is what her team does by hand each morning.
Customer view: Kylie sees value in one answer instead of three systems. Belinda focused on connectors and permissions, and said the auditors will ask about access.
Commercial: Kylie said Starter fits, one team of her and two admins. Credit would need the accounting connector, so Lewis Kerr is to put the connector count in the proposal. Troy Henderson, the General Manager, was not on the call and is the next decision point.
Watch: Belinda wants the accounting licence checked before any commitment. The evidence does not show a price discussed on this call.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Hannah Lowe to send the security questions and the written note on source permissions the same day.
- Lewis Kerr to send the proposal that week, with the connector count and a price.
- Kylie Dwyer to take the demo to Troy Henderson.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Belinda wants the accounting licence checked before committing, which could delay the credit connector.
- Troy Henderson, who decides, was not on the call.
- Auditors will ask about access to credit data, so the written answer on permissions must be right.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Starter tier fits one team of three people, with room to grow later.
- The accounting connector for credit checks is a clear implementation scope item.
Transcript
- Lewis KerrHi Kylie, can you hear me okay? Lovely. Hannah's just joining as well, she's our solutions engineer, so she'll be the one driving the demo.
- Kylie DwyerHi Lewis. Yes, loud and clear. Sorry, it's been a crazy start to the week, we've had the depot in Toowoomba on the phone since seven.
- Hannah LoweMorning Kylie, good to meet you properly. Don't worry about the timing, we can keep this one tight so you're not losing the whole morning.
- Kylie DwyerThat would be great. Belinda's meant to be joining, she's just finishing something in the systems room.
- Lewis KerrNo rush. Kylie, before Hannah starts, what would you most like to see today? Last time you mentioned store accounts and the delivery queries.
- Kylie DwyerYeah, that's right. Basically we've got trade store accounts in one place, delivery queries in another, and credit in a third, and nobody can answer a simple question like is this store over its limit and has it had a late delivery without ringing three people.
- Hannah LoweRight, so the short answer is that's exactly the sort of question B-Viz is built for. The longer answer depends on which systems you're actually using, so I'd like to check that as we go.
- Belinda MossSorry, I'm here. Hi all. Kylie, did you want me to bring up the connector list or is that for later?
- Kylie DwyerHi Belinda. Later would be good, Hannah's going to show us the search first.
- Hannah LoweSure. So I'm sharing the screen now. This is a sandbox on a sample of data, nothing live. You type a question in plain English, and it pulls from the connected sources and shows you where each answer came from.
- Kylie DwyerOkay, that's already better than what we've got. Can it do the store by store thing?
- Hannah LoweIt can, yes. Let me try a store name from your list. Give me a second, the search is a little slow on the sample.
- Belinda MossIs that pulling from the accounting side as well, or just the order system?
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, it pulls from whichever connectors are switched on. In this demo we've got the CRM, the helpdesk and the delivery system. Credit would need the accounting connector, which we'd add in the implementation.
- Belinda MossRight, okay. So we'd need to check the licence on that side before we commit to anything.
- Lewis KerrYeah, that's a good point Belinda, and I'll put the connector count into the proposal so you can see exactly what's included.
- Kylie DwyerSorry, can we go back to the store one? I want to see the late deliveries for the Ipswich stores.
- Hannah LoweOf course. Here we go. So this lists each store, the open delivery queries against it, and the last contact in the helpdesk. You can click through and see the original message.
- Kylie DwyerOh, that's handy. That's exactly what my team spends the morning doing by hand.
- Belinda MossCan it be restricted by user? Not everyone should see credit, obviously.
- Hannah LoweGood question. Yes, access follows the source permissions, so if someone can't see credit in the accounting system they won't see it through B-Viz either. I'll put that in writing for you.
- Belinda MossGood. That's the bit our auditors will ask about.
- Lewis KerrKylie, how is this sitting against what you'd budgeted? I know we spoke about the Starter tier earlier.
- Kylie DwyerStarter is the right size for us, I think. It's one team to begin with, which is me and my two admins, so we don't need the big plan yet.
- Lewis KerrThat makes sense. I'll put a number on it for you in the proposal, and we can look at whether the team grows later.
- Hannah LoweOkay, I think we've covered the main thing. Kylie, is there anything else you need to see before you take this to Troy?
- Kylie DwyerNo, I think that's enough. Can you send through the security questions as well? Belinda will need those for the review.
- Hannah LoweYes, I'll send those today. Thanks, Kylie, and thanks Belinda for joining.
- Lewis KerrGreat. I'll get the proposal over to you this week. Cheers everyone.
- Kylie DwyerThanks both. Speak soon.
