What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Meredith Sullivan reported sponsor teams now answer questions in minutes using B-Viz, with no tickets and no stale data. Hollie Grieve offered a pages and saved searches session. Renewal on 7 Apr 2027 was only flagged.
What happened: Hollie Grieve checked in with Meredith Sullivan on usage, tickets and training. Active use has more than doubled on the quarter, and study management and finance have started using B-Viz.
Customer view: Meredith said her team has stopped chasing information and that things are going "really well". She wants a short session on pages and saved searches, and a check that each team only sees its own sponsors.
Commercial: The Enterprise licence has plenty of headroom on 150 users. Meredith expects it to fill but would not give a number. Renewal on 7 Apr 2027 was noted with nothing to decide.
Watch: Who asks the most questions is not yet known. Hollie will ask Rachel, as Meredith does not want it to be one person's tool.

Transcript
- Hollie GrieveHello, Meredith. Can you hear me all right?
- Meredith SullivanLoud and clear. Hi, Hollie. Good afternoon to you. Is it still afternoon there?
- Hollie GrieveJust about. It's gone three here and it's been raining since lunch, so I'm very glad of a call and a cup of tea.
- Meredith SullivanHa. We have the opposite, it's sticky and horrible in Boston. Okay, can I start with a quick sponsor update, since it's relevant to why I'm happy to be on this call?
- Hollie GrievePlease do. That's always the best way in.
- Meredith SullivanSo, the biggest thing is that my team has stopped chasing information. Before, if a sponsor rang about a study, we'd be ringing around three or four groups to find out what they already knew. Now the account leads open B-Viz, ask what's open for that sponsor, and they have the studies, the issues and the recent calls in one place. What does the sponsor know? We can answer that in a minute instead of an afternoon. Let's get ahead of it, every time.
- Hollie GrieveThat's lovely to hear. And it matches what I'm seeing on my side, actually. Active use has gone up a lot this quarter. It's more than doubled compared with the last one.
- Meredith SullivanRight, that tracks. We rolled it out to the study management people properly in the summer, and the finance team started asking about invoices by sponsor. Word got round.
- Hollie GrieveMm. That's the pattern we like to see, a second and third team finding their own reason to use it. Do you know who's asking the most questions? I only see it in aggregate.
- Meredith SullivanI'd guess my sponsor leads and Rachel's group, but I couldn't swear to it. Rachel would know. She's looking after the admin side.
- Hollie GrieveYes, I'll ask her. It's worth knowing whether it's spread across lots of people or sitting with a few. Spread is healthier.
- Meredith SullivanAgreed. One portfolio, one story. I don't want it to be one person's tool.
- Hollie GrieveNo. So on the licence, you've got one hundred and fifty users on Enterprise, and you're a fair way under that at the moment. Plenty of headroom, so no pressure there.
- Meredith SullivanGood. I expect that to fill up over the next few months, honestly. But I can't give you a number today and I'm not going to guess.
- Hollie GrieveThat's fine. Nothing to decide. I just like to flag it early so it never surprises anyone.
- Meredith SullivanAppreciated.
- Hollie GrieveAnything not working? I've got no tickets from you at all in the last month, which is either brilliant or a bit suspicious.
- Meredith SullivanHa, I'll take brilliant. Honestly, nothing has been holding us up. The nightly refresh is there when people log in, and nobody's complained about stale data. If they did, I'd hear about it fast.
- Hollie GrieveGood. If that changes, please raise it straight away. Don't wait for a check-in.
- Meredith SullivanWill do.
- Hollie GrieveCan I ask what the sponsor leads like least? There's always something, even when things go well.
- Meredith SullivanHmm. Small thing. A couple of them want to save their favourite questions, so they don't retype the same thing every Monday before sponsor calls. I know there are pages for that. I don't think they've found them.
- Hollie GrieveRight, that's a training point rather than a product gap. I could do a short session for the sponsor team on pages and saved searches. Half an hour, say.
- Meredith SullivanYes. Please. Short sentences, short session. They'll come if it's short.
- Hollie GrieveI'll send a couple of times this week and you can pick. Would you want the finance people in it too, or keep it to sponsor relations?
- Meredith SullivanSponsor relations first. Finance has its own questions. Maybe a separate one later. And, just so we're clear, each team only sees what it should for each sponsor. I don't want anything crossing over between sponsors.
- Hollie GrieveUnderstood. The access setup we agreed at the start still holds, and Rachel can confirm it whenever you want. I can ask her to run a quick check of who sees what.
- Meredith SullivanThat would help me sleep. Thanks.
- Hollie GrieveOn the contract side, nothing to do now. Your renewal is next spring, on 7 Apr 2027, and I'll be in touch well before then. Today is just about how things are going.
- Meredith SullivanGood, because on how things are going, I'd say really well. I'll say that to anyone who asks.
- Hollie GrieveI'll hold you to that. Jordan would love to hear it too, since he looked after you through the buying.
- Meredith SullivanTell him I said hi. He was very straight with our security people, which they liked.
- Hollie GrieveI will. So, next steps. I'll send times for the pages and saved searches session, I'll ask Rachel about who is asking the most questions and the access check, and we'll speak again around the quarterly review.
- Meredith SullivanPerfect. Let's get ahead of it. Anything else from you?
- Hollie GrieveNo, that's everything. Thanks, Meredith. Enjoy the end of your day, and try to stay cool.
- Meredith SullivanThanks, Hollie. Speak soon. Bye now.
- Hollie GrieveBye, cheers.
