Context: Nothing is signed. The final Growth proposal of 1 Oct 2026 is an open item at the CRM proposal stage, with expected close on 6 Nov 2026. Fiona made a security talk with her Head of IT the condition for proceeding. The record does not show that talk happening.
Approach: Matteo and Owen should agree one tier position before the call. That means Growth with scoped access control or an Enterprise alternative. Open by confirming where the security review stands, then settle SSO and the separation of maintenance and finance data before discussing price.
Watch for: The questionnaire says SSO is available, and access control was promised inside Growth, though both are Enterprise features. The proposal email also states a twelve-week implementation against the standard eight weeks for Growth. Ed Ingham, the champion, is not on this call.
