- created · Nadine Schröder 21 Jul 2026 10:46Hello, Our dashboards are still showing figures from before the weekend, and the account managers want to know why the client pages do not match the CRM. This is urgent for us as we have a client review later today. Could you let us know what has happened? Thanks, Nadine
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 21 Jul 2026 11:43Hello Nadine, Thanks for flagging this, and I'm sorry for the trouble. Just so I've got this right: the nightly refresh has not completed, so the dashboards are showing the last figures that did. We know about a wider problem with the refresh and our engineers are working on it. I can't give you a fix time yet, but I'll update you here as soon as I know more. Please check any urgent figures against your CRM before sharing them. Thanks, Bethan
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 21 Jul 2026 12:16Refresh failed overnight, matches the platform incident. Dashboards stale for this account, search not checked yet. Ross and Kieran are on the refresh side. No ETA from engineering. Keep customer updated here.
