Three account managers could see client names in search but not programmes or claims after the rollout began. Kate Ormerod asked for their sign-in addresses; the ticket was solved on 15 Jun 2026.

Problem: Nadine Schröder reported that three account managers can see client names but not the programmes or claims tabs, although their Microsoft 365 access looks correct. Kate restated the symptom and asked for sign-in addresses and a screenshot.

Handling: The first response took 682 minutes. Nadine confirmed the symptom on 22 May 2026 and said she would send the addresses; the ticket was solved on 15 Jun 2026 and closed on 19 Jun 2026, but the record does not show the cause or the fix.

Watch: The rollout to account managers had only just started, so similar access gaps could affect others.

Hello, We have started rolling B-Viz out to our account managers and most of them can now see the clients they need. Three of them still cannot see programmes or claims for their own clients, although the client names come up in search. Their access looks right on our side in Microsoft 365, so could someone check what they have on your end? Many thanks, Nadine

Hi Nadine, Thanks for getting in touch. Just to confirm I've understood: the three can see the client names but the programmes and claims tabs are empty? If you can send me their sign-in addresses and tell me what they see on one of those client pages, I'll take a look. A screenshot would help if it's easy. Kind regards, Kate

Hello Kate, Yes, that's right. I'll send their addresses this afternoon. Thank you for looking into this. Nadine
