Rosalind reported visits from last week showing against the wrong farm. The ticket is open, the cause is unconfirmed and BG-Demo is waiting for a farm example and visit date.

Problem: Some visits from last week appear against the wrong farm and the visit list sorting has changed. Handling: Olivia could not reproduce it yet and looped in Kieran in case the visit system sync is involved. First response took 415 minutes and the ticket is still open. Watch: Olivia has asked Rosalind for one example farm and the week, and the evidence does not show that these were received.

Hello, I think something is wrong with the farm visit list. Some visits from last week are showing up against the wrong farm, and the list is not sorting the way it used to. I have not changed any settings. Could someone take a look? Rosalind

Checked the visit list for the farm client team. Not reproduced yet, so cause unconfirmed. Need the customer's example farm and the visit date before going further. Looping in Kieran on the platform side in case the sync from the visit system is involved.

Hi Rosalind, thanks for flagging this. I am looking into the visit list now. Could you tell me one farm where you see the wrong visit, and roughly which week it was? That will help me reproduce it. I have not confirmed the cause yet, so I will update you once I know more. Olivia

Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Viz connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Viz Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
