As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Kayleigh asked how to see fee invoices grouped by month. Kate pointed to the view options and the ticket was closed after she confirmed it worked.
Problem: The customer found the fee invoice list hard to read and asked for a month grouping. Handling: Kate explained the view options at the top of the list, and Kayleigh confirmed it worked. First response took 215 minutes, and the ticket was solved on 21 Sep 2026 and closed on 25 Sep 2026. Watch: The evidence does not show any further need from the Commondale Care team on invoices.
