- created · Kayleigh Pounder 8 Aug 2024 14:53Hi, this is urgent I'm afraid. Since the overnight refresh, two of our homes are showing family and commissioner contacts that belong to other homes. Our managers are using these pages to send notices today. Thanks, Kayleigh
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 8 Aug 2024 15:37Hi Kayleigh, thanks for flagging this so quickly. Just so I've got this right: the wrong contacts only appear on those two home pages, and only since the refresh? Could you send me the name of one wrong contact on each? Please hold any notices built from those pages in the meantime. I've picked this up. Thanks, Bethan
- Public reply · Kayleigh Pounder 9 Aug 2024 12:05Thanks Bethan. Yes, both homes, and only since last night. I've sent the two names. Notices are on hold. Kayleigh
- Internal note · Bethan Lister 9 Aug 2024 14:37Duplicate commissioner record matched on name caused it. Rebuilt the join for the two homes and checked the rest, no others affected. Ewan to decide whether the join rule changes platform-wide. Customer confirmed the pages look right.
