Problem: Kayleigh could not find how to group fee invoices by home in the dashboard builder. Handling: Bethan explained the home field and month range. First response took 416 minutes on a normal priority how-to ticket, and the ticket was solved 14 May 2024. Watch: Kayleigh noted that sharing with regional managers was not yet tested.

In the builder, add the home field to the group setting, then choose the month as the time range. Once that's in, save it and tell me what you see on the screen. Thanks, Bethan
