Problem: Liam could not find the schedule option for a weekly credit report that the finance team uses for a Monday meeting, and asked whether it was still on the plan.
Handling: Olivia Grant replied on 2 Sep 2026 that scheduling is still on the Growth plan, under the share menu rather than the main toolbar. Liam found it the next day and asked whether the report can go to more than one person.
Watch: The reply to the multiple recipients question is not in the evidence, although the ticket was solved on 15 Sep 2026 and closed on 19 Sep 2026.

Is that still available on our plan? I'm a bit concerned it's gone, as we rely on it for the Monday meeting.
