What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026The warehouse connector stopped loading orders. Connor Webb said the sign in failure fitted a warehouse login change at the customer, and the ticket was solved on 10 Feb 2026.
Problem: Orders from the warehouse source stopped loading, and the orders page showed the same counts as at the start of the week. Callum Rix, Transport Systems Administrator, believed the customer's IT team had changed the warehouse login.
Handling: Connor Webb, a Support Engineer, asked the customer to confirm the service login still had read access and then to reconnect from the settings page. The first response took 454 minutes.
Watch: The record does not show whether the reconnect worked, although the ticket was solved on 10 Feb 2026 and closed on 14 Feb 2026.

- Internal note · Connor Webb 28 Jan 2026 12:44Checking the connector status for their account. Record counts from the warehouse source look flat. Could be a sign-in change on their side, so I'll confirm before going further.
- Public reply · Callum Rix 28 Jan 2026 14:46Following up from our chat earlier, I think our IT team changed the warehouse login recently. I'm checking with them now. Callum
- created · Callum Rix 28 Jan 2026 15:41Hi, the warehouse connector has stopped updating. The orders page still shows the same counts as at the start of the week and nothing new is coming through. I've tried reconnecting from the settings page, but it hasn't made any difference. Could someone take a look? Thanks very much, Callum
- Public reply · Connor Webb 28 Jan 2026 23:15Hi Callum, thanks for the extra detail. The warehouse connection is failing to sign in, which fits with the login change. Could you check with your IT colleague that the service login still has read access, then reconnect from the settings page? Let me know what you see and I'll keep watching it. Thanks, Connor
