Orla Mannion reported that the complaints dashboard showed one fewer open complaint than the log for a hospital account. Ruth Okoro asked for the account and period to check the query.

Problem: The complaint total on the dashboard for one hospital account was one lower than the complaint log. Orla suspected the missing complaint was logged against a distributor record.

Hello, the complaint total on the dashboard for one of our hospital accounts doesn't match the complaint log. The log shows one more open complaint than the dashboard. Could you check which one is missing? I'd rather get this sorted before the next review. Thanks, Orla

Hi Ruth, it's the hospital account we discussed, and the missing complaint may be logged against the distributor record rather than the hospital. Is that the cause? Let's check the record together. Thanks a million, Orla

Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.

How to ask

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Viz connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
