Problem: Oliver Rushworth could not apply a provider filter on usage pages before a renewals review. Handling: Olivia Grant explained that the filter works in the dashboard builder and that the usage page export covers all providers. The ticket was solved on 28 Apr 2025. Watch: The export limitation means the customer may still do manual work for reviews.

created · Oliver Rushworth 22 Apr 2025 11:02Hi, I'm trying to build a dashboard that shows active users and tickets for one care provider at a time, but the provider filter doesn't seem to apply on the usage pages. I've tried it on the usage page and in the dashboard builder. Is there a setting I've missed? We need this for a renewals review next week, so it's quite urgent for us. The provider filter sits in the dashboard builder rather than on the usage pages, so that's where you'll need to set it up. - Public reply · Oliver Rushworth 24 Apr 2025 12:16Hi Olivia, thanks. I was on the usage page, not the builder, so that's probably my mistake. Once I set the filter in the builder the dashboard worked, but the export from the usage page still shows every provider. Is that expected? Oliver
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 24 Apr 2025 12:38Hi Oliver, yes, the export from the usage page covers all providers at the moment, so it won't respect the filter. Build the view in the dashboard builder and export from there, and that should give you what you need for the review. Let me know if it doesn't. Cheers, Olivia
