Problem: Jodie Burkinshaw found the last row missing when she exported results to a spreadsheet, though it showed on screen. It happened on two different searches that morning.
Handling: Bethan Lister reproduced the export fault on a table with a similar number of rows on 21 Mar 2025, then passed it to the engineers with the two examples. The ticket was solved on 27 Mar 2025 and closed on 31 Mar 2025, but it does not show the fix or whether Jodie tested it.
Watch: Missing rows in an export make exported results incomplete until the fault is fixed, so the customer should test the fix.

I've checked against the on-screen table and it's definitely there. It's happened on two different searches this morning. Is this a known issue? I've tried to reproduce it on a table with a similar number of rows and I can see the last row dropping out on export. It looks like a fault in the export step rather than in your data. I've passed it to the engineers with your two example searches. I'll let you know once there's a fix to test. Thanks, Bethan
