As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jodie Burkinshaw asked for a way to pin the most used saved questions to the top of the list and offered to test it. Bethan Lister logged it as a suggestion for the product team, with no promised date.
Problem: Jodie Burkinshaw, Recruitment Systems Coordinator at Sprotbrough Recruitment, said saved questions drift down the list as people add more. She noted that team leads would be the main users.
Handling: Bethan Lister logged the pin idea with the product team and noted the offer to test it. The evidence does not show whether the product team has accepted it, and Bethan said she could not promise when or whether it would land.
Watch: Jodie described B-Viz as the first place consultants look for a candidate's history, which is a strong value signal. The ticket was solved on 11 Oct 2024 and closed on 15 Oct 2024.

One thing we'd love is a way to pin our most used saved questions to the top of the list, because at the moment they drift down as people add more. Is this something you already have on the roadmap, or could it be considered? We're happy to help test it if that's useful. Many thanks, Jodie
- Public reply · Jodie Burkinshaw 10 Oct 2024 16:24Hi again, one extra detail: it's mostly our team leads who would use it, so a simple pin on the saved question would be enough for us. Thanks, Jodie
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 10 Oct 2024 17:41Hi Jodie, thanks for this, and it's great to hear it's become the first stop for your consultants. I've logged the pin idea as a suggestion for the product team, with your team leads as the main use case and your offer to test it noted. I can't promise when or whether it will land, but I'll let you know if anything changes. Thanks, Bethan
