Carl Ibbotson reported candidate records with old job titles and former employers in search results. By 11 Jun 2024 most results looked right, and he accepted that one or two still looked wrong.

Problem: Carl Ibbotson said updates made in the recruiter system were not showing in search results. He asked whether the refresh was picking up the changes.

Handling: Bethan Lister asked for two or three candidate names so she could compare the records and check whether the refresh had run since the change. Carl sent the names, and the record does not show what changed on BG-Demo's side.

Watch: Carl said he could live with one or two records still wrong, which is a tolerated gap in freshness rather than a resolved one. The ticket was solved on 11 Jun 2024 and closed on 15 Jun 2024.

Hi, a few candidate records in the search results look out of date. Some show an old job title and a former employer, even though the details were updated in the recruiter system last week. Could you check whether the refresh is picking up the changes? Thanks, Carl

Hi Carl, I've picked this up. Just so I've got this right, the updates are in your recruiter system but not showing in the results? I'll check which records are affected and whether the refresh has run since the change. Could you send me two or three of the candidate names so I can compare? Thanks, Bethan

How to use the site

Summary is the landing page: what happened this week, the calls just held and the calls coming up, the risks and the renewals due.
Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Viz connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Viz Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
