Problem: On three employer records, one fee appears twice in the client view, while the source entries show it once.
Handling: Olivia confirmed the duplicate on all three employers and asked when the fees were first logged and whether they were edited.
Watch: Euan said the fees were logged last month and not edited. He said the duplicate has come up again on the same three employers, and the record shows no cause.

I have checked the source entries and they only appear once there, so it looks like something in the import. I have not changed anything yet. Can someone look at what is causing the duplicate? I have looked at the three employers you mentioned and can see the duplicate on each. I am working out whether it is created on import or when the view is built. Could you tell me roughly when the fee was first logged and whether it was edited after that? That will help me narrow it down. Thanks, Olivia
- Public reply · Euan Drummond 15 Sep 2026 10:13Hi Olivia, the fees were logged last month and I do not think any of them were edited. Everything I can see points to the same entry being picked up twice. We have not had a repeat since, but it has come up again on the three employers.
