Problem: Lorna Cairns, Head of Client Services, wanted client managers to see employer call notes next to fees in one place before the December pay dates.
Handling: Bethan Lister, Support Engineer, described opening the employer record, selecting the calls tab and finding the fees panel on the right, and asked Lorna to try it.
Watch: The ticket was solved on 1 Dec 2025 and closed on 5 Dec 2025, but the record does not show whether the view worked for the client managers.

First, open the employer record. Then select the calls tab, and you'll find the fees panel on the right. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
